Business enterprise

The applicant for the aid must be engaged in a business activity with a VAT number, either as a self-employed person (individual) or a company (legal entity) in an approved economic sector.
The business sector determines the types of aid available and the address of the business headquarters (registered address) determines the Region that grants the aid.

Size

The size of a business applying for aid affects the types of aid available and the amount in percentage of the aid. Most aid is intended for SMEs as defined by EU legislation:

Fewer than 250 employees and turnover under 50 million € or balance sheet total under 43 million €

Startups may be awarded a higher percentage under certain conditions.

Administrative requirements

Applicants for aid must be in good administrative and fiscal standing. The address of the headquarters must host a genuine activity requiring the occupation of professional premises.

On the basis of your information, we identify and optimise potential sources of aid to cover as much of your expenditure as possible. This assessment leads to a concrete action plan. Ideally, this needs to be revised each year.

Each time we open a project, we sign an agreement that defines the conditions of our cooperation. If applicable, we can sign a general agreement for a specified period of time

project management

We complete the documents required for the procedure with your cooperation. We systematically remind you of the deadlines and requirements for the project until the procedure is completed.

Fees & remuneration

Our fee requires that the aid be obtained and is payable only if the aid is approved.
